Where can I download the HiddenTag application?
HiddenTag application is supported by iOS and Android. It is registered in App store, Google Playstore, OneStore and other Chinese markets, where you can download it for free and runs on any smartphone.
Can I scan HiddenTag sticker with other scanner apps?
Authentication can be verified only through the HiddenTag app.
I tried to scan the HiddenTag sticker using general QR and barcode scanner app. It doesn’t work.
QR code is an open source technology with very low security, and functions differently from HiddenTag app. The authentication service of HiddenTag is only offered through the HiddenTag application.
What should i do if the HiddenTag sticker is not recognized?
- The HiddenTag sticker should be placed at the center, making sure that all the 4 dots are well placed on the screen. Try to move back and forth if not focused well.
- Try scanning in better lightning.
- Hold the screen in a way to block the reflection of the light.
- Try all above mentioned methods repeatedly.
